Conditions for obtaining the benefit
- This authorization shall be granted only to establishments carrying out aerial photography or cinematography work for commercial, industrial, scientific (study or research) or advertising or personal purposes.
- The file must be submitted one month before the date of taking the photos.
- The authorization shall be valid for one month.
- The same authorization shall be renewed by a simple application.
Documents to be supplied in 4 pieces
- A paper application describing the requested activity.
- An aerial photography authorization form in accordance with the activity requested.
- Aircraft Type (Presentation of copies of aircraft documents).
- The identity of the aircraft crew and operators (presentation of the national identity card or passport).
- The period and program of the mission.
- Technical specifications of the equipment used (cameras, etc.).
- For mapping operations, presentation of the documents determining the technical specificities of the cameras, the scales of the photos, percentage of coverage and focal distance as well as the presentation of a certificate of technical visit and adjustment of the camera.
- Map of the area involved in taking the photos.
